Welcome to rt.ZEN (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including our online marketplace powered by WooCommerce (the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

- User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, including customers, service providers, and visitors.
- Service Provider: A registered professional or business offering services via rt.ZEN.
- Customer: Any individual or business seeking to purchase services or products from service providers through rt.ZEN.

- Account: The personal profile created by a User upon registration.

3. Registration and Account Management
3.1 Registration
- To access certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an Account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as needed.
- Each User is allowed only one Account. rt.ZEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent Accounts.
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
- You must notify rt.ZEN immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
- rt.ZEN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account.
4. Services and Transactions
4.1 Platform Overview
- rt.ZEN operates as an online marketplace connecting Customers with Service Providers.
- The Platform facilitates, but does not directly provide, the actual services offered by Service Providers.
4.2 Service Listings and Transactions
- Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- When you request a service or purchase a product, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees.
- Payment transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. rt.ZEN does not store your payment details.
4.3 Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- In cases of dispute, rt.ZEN will mediate between Customers and Service Providers to resolve issues; however, ultimate responsibility for service delivery lies with the Service Provider.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
- All content on rt.ZEN, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of rt.ZEN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
- By submitting content to the Platform, you grant rt.ZEN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Platform.
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- rt.ZEN collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- By using the Platform, you consent to rt.ZEN’s collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- rt.ZEN takes reasonable measures to secure your data; however, we cannot guarantee complete security.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8. Termination and Suspension

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of Zimbabwe.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rt.ZEN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or any breach of these Terms.
11. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and rt.ZEN regarding your use of the Platform.
