- The submitter must ensure that no part of the listing violates intellectual property rights or any other legal rights.
3. Prohibited Content
- Listings must not contain content that is offensive, defamatory, misleading, or illegal.
- Any listing promoting fraudulent activities, scams, or unethical practices will be removed immediately.
4. Modifications and Removal
- rt.ZEN reserves the right to modify or remove any listing that does not adhere to these terms or is deemed harmful to users or the platform’s reputation.
5. Indemnification
- The submitter agrees to indemnify and hold rt.ZEN harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the submission or use of the listing.
6. Updates to Terms
- These submission terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the rt.ZEN platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
- Any disputes arising from a listing submission will be resolved in accordance with Zimbabwean law, with arbitration as the preferred method of resolution.
