- Prohibited Conduct: You must not use your account for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to post content that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property & Content
- Your Content: Any content you submit while registered remains your property; however, by submitting content, you grant rt.ZEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the platform.
- Platform Content: All content provided by rt.ZEN is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- Data Collection: We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy.
- Confidentiality: rt.ZEN takes reasonable measures to protect your information; however, we are not liable for any unauthorized access or breaches beyond our control.
6. Termination & Suspension
- Account Termination: rt.ZEN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in activities deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
- Access Restriction: You may also terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined on the platform. However, termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Registration Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Zimbabwe, as agreed upon by the parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rt.ZEN, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or any breach of these terms.
9. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and rt.ZEN regarding your registration and use of the platform.
